Once you have paid your deposit we send you a detailed daily itinerary, as well as entry or travel visa, passport and health information on your destinations. As a valued Pionair client, you will also receive a reading list.
We are proud of our Pionair Travel Pack which we send to you about a month before your departure. In it you will find really useful information such as details of your hotels’ locations and facilities, internet access, our favourite local restaurants for your evenings at leisure and a booklet on the country’s climate, history and culture. We even provide you with a packing list!
From the moment you arrive you will be in our care. Our Pionair staff will welcome you and transport you in the luxury you deserve to your hotel. We know that many international flights arrive early morning, so we make sure that your room is available immediately.
Each of our escorted tours includes a welcome party where you have the opportunity to meet your fellow travellers and our expert tour director and concierge will brief you on the tour programme.
